Romance BFE Style
Greg and I don't normally celebrate Valentine's Day. He does wonderful things throughout the year to show me how much he loves me, so it's just not important to me. Tonight he took me out to dinner.
As the hostess checked for our reservations, I looked around at all the Valentine's Day decorations on the walls. The tables were covered with red tablecloths and had a lovely romantic centerpiece with a red candle. Romantic music was playing in the background. I was given a flower as we were escorted to our booth. After our drinks were brought to the table, we were given some time to peruse the menu.
We decided to start with mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The place was packed, and they were understaffed, but everyone was very attentive. I didn't mind the wait for our food, it was nice to be able to spend some time with Greg. After dinner, we were brought chocolate-dipped cheesecake for dessert.
It was a perfect evening, for us. I wouldn't have had it any other way. This lovely restaurant? White Castle...really.

My favorite place, really!!!
That's terrific! There were many couples there who had been doing the Valentine's Day dinner for years.
